I captured this image in Louisiana as a big storm was approaching. The railroad tracks were once part of a busy rail line. It was replaced years ago but this line now lies there unused in spite of centuries of prior use and tons of cargo that supported our national economy. All that remains now are the old rails and a broken train crossing sign.
